Sezam VPN is supplied by WEB OPUNA LTD, company number HE 461150. Company address: Promachon Eleftherias, 1, 1st floor, Flat/Office 18/19, Agios Athanasios, 4103, Limassol, Cyprus. Service website: sezamvpn.com. For access or payment questions, email [email protected] or open Help in @sezamvpnbot.
Sezam VPN is the service name, not a separate legal entity.
2. The service and access
Sezam provides VPN access for the selected period. Purchases and access management take place in @sezamvpnbot. After payment confirmation, the purchased period is added to your bot account; follow the mini app setup guide and install a compatible VPN client to connect. Access usually appears within a few minutes. If payment is confirmed but access does not appear, contact Help in the bot or [email protected]. We will check the payment and provide access or refund the payment.
Keep the subscription link secure. If it is exposed or you cannot connect, contact support. Access to every website or network and a constant connection speed cannot be guaranteed.
3. Price, payment and renewal
WEB OPUNA LTD is the seller. Before confirming a purchase in the bot, check the final amount, currency, available payment method, applicable taxes and access period. USD prices on the English pages are estimates for comparison, not invoice amounts.
Purchases are completed in @sezamvpnbot. Available payment methods and the exact total are shown before you confirm payment.
Purchases are one-time and do not renew automatically. Extending access requires another purchase.
4. Trial access and promo codes
A new user can activate a free three-day trial in the bot once, before the first purchase. No payment card is required. Access ends when the trial expires, without an automatic charge; continuing requires a separate purchase.
Promo codes may reduce a purchase price or add access days. A code can be used once per account and may have an expiry date, a limited number of redemptions or a plan restriction. The bot shows the effect of a code and the final total before payment confirmation.
5. Account and acceptable use
Access is associated with your Telegram account. Keep the account and subscription link secure; contact support if access is lost or you suspect unauthorized use.
Use Sezam VPN lawfully and without disrupting the service or other users. Spam, fraud, attacks, malware and infringement of others' rights are prohibited.
6. Other apps and availability
Connection may require Telegram and a separate VPN client. These are operated by third parties under their own terms. If a client is unavailable, ask Sezam support for another setup path.
Availability and speed depend on your network, device, server and third parties. A VPN does not provide absolute anonymity. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
7. Refunds and changes
You can request a refund of your first purchase within 14 days. The Refunds and Cancellation page explains the process and exceptions. For payment or access issues, use Help in the bot or email [email protected].
Changes to these Terms are announced on the site or in the bot and do not cancel an already paid period. These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply to a particular purchase.
