Where do I pay?
In the official Telegram bot @sezamvpnbot. Select your period there and check the available payment method and final amount.
How does the free trial work?
A new user can activate three free days once in the bot, before the first purchase. No card is needed. Access ends without an automatic charge.
How do promo codes work?
A code may give a discount or extra access days. It can be used once per account and may be limited by expiry, redemptions or plan. The bot shows the result when you apply it.
Will access renew automatically?
Current bot purchases are one-time. To extend access, make another purchase.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Purchases are one-time, so there is no automatic renewal to cancel. You can request a refund of your first purchase within 14 days through Help in @sezamvpnbot or [email protected]. See the Refunds and Cancellation policy for details.
